Своя кухня со всей кухонной утварью, кабельное ТВ (на каждом этаже), WI-FI, сплит система, стиральная машина, холодильник, микроволновая печь, эл чайник, мультиварка, фен, утюг, вытяжка на кухне и в сан узле, газовая печь, парковка для авто под видео наблюдением, в 2х шагах комплекс продуктовых магазинов.

Для проведения мероприятий дом не сдаётся!!!
