Во дворе: навес, столик со стульями, мангал, место для авто. 400 метров (5 минут пешком) - Таганрогская набережная (Таганрогский залив, пляж "Каменка", детский пляж, океанариум, дельфинарий, аквапарк), 650 метров (8 минут пешком) - ДК (театральная площадь), парковая аллея (парки: Никольский, Горького, Поддубного), 850 метров (10 минут пешком) - центр города (центральный рынок).

Advantages:

Хорошее расположение, до набережной мин 5 ходьбы, прогулочным шагом, это не напрягает. Есть где припарковать машину.

Disadvantages:

Очень грязно. Особенно бельё. Оно было в дырках, стоило больших усилий заставить себя лечь в такую постель.
