Advantages:

Все понравилось. Вежливая хозяйка. Работает кондиционер, чайник, душ, ТВ. Жена отдельно отмеьила чистую кухню и посуду. От ЖД вокзала меньше 100 метров идти. 5 минут до 2-х отличных столовых. Минусов не обнаружил. Спасибо Елене за теплый прием.
