Двухкомнатный домик с собственной кухней и с ванной комнатой, вместимость до 5 человек, находиться на первом этаже в частном секторе рядом с морем, отдельный вход, рядом находиться терраса для отдыха на свежем воздухе, в домике есть всё для комфортного проживания (телевизоры, кондиционеры, мебель, спальные принадлежности, туалетные принадлежности). Во дворе: мангал. Wi-Fi на всей территории.
В 350 метрах центральный рынок, парки, огромная бесплатная детская площадка. В 50 м остановка маршрутного такси, на котором можно уехать в любой конец города. В 70 м — два продуктовых магазина.
Набережная и берег моря (пляж песчаный) в шаговой доступности с благоустроенной набережной. Аквапарк. Прибрежный рынок. Крокодиловый каньон. Акулий риф. Дельфинарий. Много ресторанов, кафе, дом находится в шаговой доступности от набережной Каменка, пляж песчаный, меляки.
