В квартире имеется всё необходимое для проживания, т. е.: кухня, душ, туалет, сплит-система, плита, посуда, телевизор, wi-fi. Постельное бельё и полотенца предоставляются. Также имеется небольшой двор и место для отдыха на первом этаже, мангал, парковка около двора. Местный пляж - 3 минуты пешком,
