В доме имеется: две изолированные и одна смежная комнаты, кухня, санузел совмещён. Две сплит-системы, три телевизора, wi-fi, стиральная машина, микроволновая печь, духовой шкаф. Во дворе навес (въезд для авто), стол, мангал. Местный пляж 3 минуты пешком, продуктовый магазин 30м, гипермаркет 500м, пиццерия 1000м, центральный пляж 10 мин на авто или 20 мин на маршрутном такси.
