Advantages:

Удаленность от центра города не являлось для меня проблемой, скорее наоборот, не так много людей и тишина. Необходимые магазины и кафе есть поблизости, с этим проблем не было. До пляжа рукой подать. Тихо, спокойно, уютно. Все понравилось.
