Advantages:

Близко к морю, тихо в комнате( нет звуков улицы). Встретили и проводили. Быстрое решение проблем. Доступность набережной и парка поддубного.

Disadvantages:

Не хватало вытяжки, комната одна, в жару готовить не очень удобно. Отсутствие микроволновки. Не справлялся кондиционер ( нехватало напряжения).
