1-й этаж 5-ти этажки. Стоянка для машины прямо под окном. В пределах 100м много магазинов, рынок, парк Поддубного, весь общественный транспорт. До моря 400 метров. Есть все необходимое (белье, посуда и тд), если что-то ещё нужно, обеспечу по запросу.
