Advantages:

Отличная квартира в тихом спокойном районе. Новый свежий ремонт, есть вся необходимая домашняя утварь и техника. Оплаченная подписка на Кинопоиск :) два кондиционера справлялись со всей квартирой даже в самую дикую жару. Идеальное месторасположение: рядом парк, набережная, рынок, остановка до пляжей. Очень приятная и адекватная хозяйка.
