Если не заморачиваться, то все нормально. Море 5-7 минут ходьбы, магазины, рынок тоже недалеко.

Disadvantages:

Сан узел очень неудобный, места просто нет, пользоваться приходилось с открытой дверью.

Advantages:

Хорошая кухня со всем необходимым. Зона отдыха во дворе в тени винограда. Два телевизора и два кондиционера. Рядом удобный магазин со всем необходимым и автобусная остановка. До пляжа 10 минут неспешным шагом. Ночью тихо. Санузел для худеньких.
