Собственник. Сдаётся квартира (военный городок) светлая, чистая, уютная, со всеми удобствами и кухонными принадлежностями. Тихий двор не возле дороги, без шума и гама. Для аккуратных гостей. Для шумных компаний и вечеринок не сдаётся.
Дети от 3 лет, без животных. Две отдельные комнаты, удобная 2-спальная кровать и очень удобный диван с ортопедическим основанием, раскладывается. В доме лифт. Вода без перебоев, цена при размещении от 3 чел. В летний период зависит от кол-ва человек и времени проживания. Заезд после 14:00, выезд до 12:00. До моря и таганрогской набережной 5–7 минут, до парка Поддубного и рынка военного городка 5 минут, до остановки 2 минуты. Магазины в шаговой доступности. Не прокурена (курить в квартире запрещено).
При заезде необходимо внести страховой депозит, который возвращается при выселении. Заселение по паспорту.
