Сдаю от 3-х суток благоустроенную квартиру со всеми удобствами, на первой береговой линии, до моря 2 мин пешком. Имеется всё для комфортного проживания: холодильник, 2 телевизора, посуда, полотенца. Установлен бойлер, горячая и холодная вода есть всегда. Хороший район, рядом все магазины: «Пятёрочка», «Магнит», рынок с домашними продуктами и т. д. Кафе, закусочные, шашлычная в шаговой доступности, детская площадка, каток, остановка общественного транспорта. Песчаный пляж с надувными горками. Парковка во дворе, машину видно из окна.
