Advantages:

Очень удобное расположение. Можно по городу передвигаться на общественном транспорте. В шаговой доступности парк Поддубгого, магнит и тд. Район тихий. Хозяева идеальные. Для тех кто хочет бюджетно отдохнуть, самое то.

Disadvantages:

Плита для приготовления не очень. Плохо работает.
