Есть интернет, кабельное телевидение 140 каналов, санузел с ванной, стиральная машина, 4 телевизора, 2 сплит-системы, печка, духовка, вытяжка, холодильник, микроволновка, посудомоечная машина, кулер для воды питьевой, бытовая техника и набор всей необходимой посуды. Дом с хорошим ремонтом и новой мебелью. Постельное бельё и полотенца предоставляются. Кроватка детская, стульчик, коляска предоставляются бесплатно по запросу. Вода горячая и холодная круглосуточно, есть накопительные ёмкости. Парковка возле дома, как на фото. Большой двор с навесом, зона отдыха с мебелью, детская площадка (качели, горка, песочница), во дворе есть летний душ и туалет. Есть зона барбекю (мангал, стол, стулья, зонт), предоставляются настольные игры: шахматы, нарды, лото, домино.
