Сдается только в летнее время небольшой домик в районе Каменка для 3 чел. В доме одна комната, небольшая кухня, ванная комната с туалетом. Очень зелёный двор с цветниками, множеством роз, виноградниками. Все необходимое для отдыха, беседки, мангальная зона. Для детей небольшая игровая площадка с песочницей, качелькой для маленьких деток. В пешей доступности аквапарк, океанариум, дельфинарий, три парка, красивая набережная с множеством аттракционов. Удачное расположение дома. Улица тихая, нет общественного транспорта. По одной улице можно дойти на центральную часть набережной (7 мин. ), а также в центр города (10 мин. ) рядом реставрированная в этом году Первомайская площадь с детской площадкой и зоной отдыха.
