Сдам 2-этажный дом, рассчитан на 8 спальных мест. Дом находится в общем дворе (есть соседи). Находится в самом центре города, до лимана 15 минут пешком. На автобусе можно доехать в любую часть города. Кондиционер стоит на 2 этаже (он мощный), на первом этаже дополнительно есть вентилятор. Стиральная машина, телевизоры. Посуда, постельное, полотенца предоставляются. На втором этаже стоит 2-спальная кровать, односпалка и кресло раскладывается, на первом этаже диван раскладной и 2 односпальные кровати. Wi-Fi, к сожалению, нет, нет возможности подключить, как бы не старались.
