Уютное расположение в стороне от шумных улиц, но в шаговой доступности от мест развлечения: пляжа, парка, кафе, магазинов, остановки автобусов.

Дом расположен в глубине просторного двора. В доме установлен двухспальный диван (очень удобный), две односпальные кровати, есть возможность установки детской раскладушки. В доме все удобства (душ, туалет), сплит-система, холодильник, плита, микроволновая печь, стиральная машина, водонагреватель, телевизор, утюг, гладильная доска, фен, посуда.
