- Жилье рассчитано на 5 человек с возможностью предоставления дополнительного места.
- Небольшой зелёный двор, парковка рядом с домом, мангал со всем необходимым инвентарем.
- Гостям предлагается чистое постельное бельё, полотенца. Смена постельного белья каждые 5 дней.
- Лиман в 2 минутах ходьбы, центральный пляж в 15 минутах. Вся необходимая инфраструктура в шаговой доступности: кафе, столовые, магазины, парки с аттракционами, живописная набережная. Центр города и рынок в 15 минутах ходьбы.
- Заезд в 14:00, выезд до 12:00. Ранний заезд или поздний выезд по согласованию. Минимальный срок проживания — 5 суток.
Для проведения шумных мероприятий, дней рождений с включением громкой музыки, употреблением алкоголя, компаниям не сдаётся. Режим тишины с 23:00 до 09:00.
С животными не принимаем.
