Сдаётся только на летний сезон!!! Самое лучшее место для летнего отдыха!!! В 8 мин. ходьбы красивейшая набережная и пляж "каменка".. Множество кафе и аттракционов не оставят вас равнодушными! До центрального пляжа 15 мин. пешком. 2-х комнатная квартира на 1-м этаже 2-х этажного дома. Все удобства. Вместительность до 5 человек. Имеются: горячая и холодная вода (круглосуточно), сплит-система, телевизор, стиральная машина, гладильная доска, утюг, посуда, холодильник, микроволновка.. Закрытый двор. Вид из окон во двор. Под окнами место для авто. Прямо напротив дома продуктовый и хоз. Магазины, аптека. Рядом "магнит" "пятёрочка", торговый центр, два парка, церковь.
