Удачное расположение, пересекающая улица ведет как в центр города, (10 мин.) так и на центральную часть очень красивой набережной, пляжа каменка. (8 мин.) улица тихая, не для общественного транспорта. В пешей доступности 3 парка, дельфинарий, океанариум, аквапарк. Во дворе цветники, множество роз, виноградники. Беседки для отдыха, мангал с комплектом шампуров, решетками. Детская песочница, игрушки. При необходимости предоставляется детская кроватка, коляска, обеденный столик для малышей, самокат, беговел, качелька. Есть небольшая игровая площадка с песочницей. В доме есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания гостей. Кухня, санузел в доме. Кондиционер. Телевизор. Стиральная машина, постельное бельё. Полотенца. Безлимитный wi-fi. Возможно раннее заселение и поздний выезд по договоренности.
