Сдается трех комнатная квартира с раздельными комнатами недалеко от пляжа "Каменка". Пляжа "Каменка": пляж песчаный, название происходит от каменной лестницы возле пляжа, которая ведет на красивую набережную. Рядом Аквапарк, дельфинарий, много развлечений для детей, мелкий детский пляж. До Центрального пляжа 20-25 минут пешком. По пути ( в 10 минутах) есть портовая столовая, в которой вкусно и недорого можно поесть.
В квартире есть все необходимое - холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер. В квартире газовый водонагреватель и отключений горячей воды не бывает!
Во дворе имеется стоянка для автомобилей.
