Рядом сауна, салон-парикмахерская, по запросу, массаж. 4 комнаты, из них 2 изолированные спальни и 2 проходные-гостиные В доме 3 телевизора с 150 кабельных каналов, интернет на всей территории работает отлично.

Две двуспальные кровати, три раскладных дивана, 2 шкафа для одежды, стулья на кухне и в индивидуальной беседке перед домом.

Рядом столовая, 20 метров. Продовольственные магазины, аптека, банкомат Сбербанка, ресторан, остановка общественного транспорта, дельфинарий, аквапарк на набережной, до которой 200 метров. До центра города и центрального рынка 800 метров. До ближайшей "пятёрочки" и "магнита" 600 метров и рядом парк И.М. Поддубного.
